We offer a variety of classes for every fitness level! Consistency is key and we’ve got you covered six days a week!


Body Boot Camp

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
8am – 8:30am (MST)/11:30am – 12pm (MST)

The Body Boot Camp combines free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Power-Pom Workout (Dance Fitness)

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 8:30am - 9am (MST)

Ever wonder if working out would be better if you had a cheerleader who LOVES being a part of your team? Let us cheer you on to your fitness goals with a high intensity cardio workout with Power-Poms!

Zumba Dance

Tuesdays, Thursdays 12pm-12:30pm (MST)

Pretty much the most awesome dance workout ever! Dance to great music and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it! Get Your Life!
